It was a piece of cake :0)
Because of the shape of the attachments, it is safe to just pull it down.

I just pulled a little bit, then increased the pressure and it moved smoothly out.
Easy. Don't be afraid to try it after seeing the shape of the 4 fingers on the attachment that will compress as you remove it. No damage. Can be easily re-installed and removed many times without issue.
