My advice would be to change all of the hoses (assuming if one has aged and leaked the others may be close behind). I'd also drain and change all the coolant and make sure to go through the air "purging" process in the coolant system. Then you'll be good to go for many more years.

(btw, spend the money to get the good hoses and clamps, don't "cheap-out" on the parts)
