I don't know about the tps supercharger setup, but their turbocharger kit uses a flash to the stock ecu. There aren't any great options for aftermarket ecu systems to run on this car unless you're gonna piggy back one and then you're gonna have to start from scratch with the setup. If you're running boost, just keep the stock ecu, upgrade the intake and use a 996 flash, and then use a standalone boost controller. This is obviously easiest with a turbo setup, but you can rig a solenoid-controlled BOV to limit your boost to 5-6 psi on a SC application, which is what the tps systems ran without issue.
