I have the two-post Twin Busch and in the midst of an engine swap, I can't imagine doing it without. I also paid less for that the one you linked--by about $900!
If you have the vertical room, I wouldn't fool with anything but a two-post.
On anchoring: they want 6" of concrete. I only had about 3, so I cut out two squares and dug down about two feet. I filled with 6-bag concrete reinforced with rebar. It does not move. Drilling for the mounts is the hardest part. Assembly is really easy, but you'll need some help raising the posts to vertical.
