I recently bought a '99 that is identical in color and wheels but with a 5-speed and 85K miles. It has a few minor dents (most of which you only notice in certain lights) but otherwise shows very well. The interior is above average with some noticeable wear on the seats and console. It appeared to be well maintained but it did not have the IMS bearing done.

I'm embarrassed to say that I paid $8K for it, which was too much given some of the minor issues with it. I have since addressed the IMS and the clutch, replaced some seals, and had it detailed. It now looks and runs great but it's probably only a $10K car, which means after the money spent on IMS, I paid way too much.

Yours had the IMS done, which adds value. But it's an automatic, which deducts value. Yours has fewer miles and sounds like it is in better cosmetic shape than mine. Given all that, I would agree with the $15K estimate. But to get that much, you will have to wait for the right buyer so don't expect it to sell in a day. Advertise it well and be patient.

Full disclosure: I am brand new to the Porsche scene and knew nothing about them when I bought mine. I'm basing my opinion on lessons learned from buying my car and watching them on BAT.

Edit: Mine does not have cruise control, which yours does. I have now come to understand how expensive it is to add cruise to it. But I really like cruise so I will probably be sinking more money into it soon. Yours already has it so that helps as well.
