Bottom of Fender came loose.

Long time lurker, first time post. 1999 porsche boxster base. I installed aftermarket spec-d LED headlights. Drove home from work (maybe a little too fast). In any event, the next time I notice that the bottom part of the fender, which is to the right of the wheel, next to the left of the driver side door, has come loose. I literally cannot find anything in the 986 Bible about this, nor can I find youtube videos about this.

When I look inside of this part of the fender, it appears that there is a white container, looks like it contains water. This part of the fender looks like it is held together by two to three screws or rivets. I literally cannot find any information on this. I have uploaded a photo of the exact area which is giving me grief. :ah:

My question - has anyone had this problem? What screws connects the fender to the body of the automobile? Is this a classic porsche rivet situation? I am really confused. Help, my fellow 986 enthusiasts!!
