I put the ROW M030 in my 2000 S about a year ago and have been very pleased. It is definitely stiffer with less body roll and lowered the car slightly. Gave it a little meaner looking stance without hugging the ground to close.

What was surprising to me was that you can stand on the door sill and jump up and down without budging the car yet it does an adequate job of absorbing bumps in the road. I have taken a number of long road trips and it was fine.

Good improvement for autocross. Car feels very tight and has been limited more by my tires.
