Hi,

I know exactly which rubber part you mean, I was under my car changing plugs, Oil, and brake fluid last weekend and kept scraping my arm on it.

I checked the exploded views in my PET catalogue, and the part isn't listed or even shown. No part # to go on.

Agree with others that it's best to replace it rather than try to tack it back on some way, because it's most likely <$20, probably <$10.

Contact your local dealer and see what they say (and report back here). I can't imagine it's integral to the entire Rear Cover (PN#986.504.119.00 - $108) - the piece it's attached to, and not available separately. Good Luck!...
