Hey there, just picked up a 2000 Boxster, and its only got the stock sound package, with the two dash speakers.

I have a set of MB Quart 6.5 inch reference series speakers, and they are quite deep. I also have an amp for these speakers.

Question is: Has anyone had success installing such deep speakers in the door panels? I will be taking them to a place like Tweeter to see if they can custom install them into the doors for me, but I figured I'd bounce the idea around here to see if its been done, or what problems you all have had.
