Looks like factory manual says its doable. And doesn’t appear to be a tough job.

The main pump is easy to access from the front of the engine, it`s right below the crank pulley. At least when the engine is out. Should be doable with the engine in place I think, I`ve never tried it though. I came across a youtube video a while ago where a guy was pulling it off from inside the car, from behind the seats. I don`t really understand the connection with the RMS, it`s on the rear side of the engine
