So i finally got off my lazy a$$ and got around to fixing this. It only took me a year. Well.. technically i didnt even get off my a$$, i just took it to a shop because i felt the 3M tape wasnt going to be a long term solution with the extreme humidity in Miami. I am waiting to get the car back from a shop here in Miami that is fixing it. They take the fabric off, double stitch the contour of the window on it to reinforce, and then use adhesive to glue it back, to the tune of $600. 1 year warranty, most shops here dont bother fixing it, they want the $1700 for a replacement. I've done business with them in the past so it should work out.

I'll report on how that's working out after i use it for a while.
