Agreed. I don't know of any manufacturer that covers consequential damages, or anything more than the part itself.

Yes I have already looked at it.
P.S. I know you're not a fan of EPS, but their RMS bearing fix you referred to in an earlier post does
not require machining. You just press in a bearing and then a seal.
