I agree, the alternator is damaged. Just replace the alternator.

The belt tensioner bracket (PN 99610201603) contains the cradle/sleeve that the alternator bolt sits in, so even if the cradle/sleeve was damaged its not part of the engine block.

With all of that being said, I'll be glad to send $3,500 immediately for your car.
