Have you tried US dealers? Probably spendy-er, but a different distribution system, too. From what I can see, it's NLA, anywhere. But it was on a variety of model years and models, so it's probably readily available in wrecking yards. Might be sitting on a shelf somewhere, ordered, but never used. If the plastic thingy on the end of the rod is broke, you may be able to replace just that, wonder if the plastic top linkage would fit?
