I tried to come to the same conclusion reading the Bentley Manual. Yup, I found the color coding there and for real at the switch.

As i need to apply ground (-) from the low beam beam and the side markes, I assume, I can use those two brown cables, no matter, which is which, right?
And I need to find out two more things:
easy accessible central locking (+) and central locking (-)
If it works out fine, I will post my DIY result on the seal gray thread, soon. It is just a little Gimmick. As if I don't have enough already
