I once tried to safety-wire lug-nuts with a braided run from nut to nut. If I took about an hour per wheel on them, they were beautiful...... yeah..... did that once, on one wheel. hahahaha
If it breaks flush, you drill hole and use extractor. After you heat it, there is nothing preventing its removal
