I would just return it. I'm assuming you bought the car from a dealer with some kind of return/warranty policy. IN the US, Boxsters are a dime a dozen.
Be careful, you can buy these cars for very cheap but if you don't do your own wrenching, they will become very expensive very quickly.
In the US, if you go to a Porsche dealer, any small fix, like a water pump, motor mount, etc is always $1000.00+
