Rotors are the same, i think 2006-8 S and 2009-12 both, but wheel carriers/calipers are different, but most of the vendors that sell BBK would know the differences and probably have the adapters.

Edit: At least i am planning to move my Sebro slotted rotors from my 2000S to my 2009 base, so we'll see

pad shapes,are similar but 2000S pad is 4+mm too tall for the 987.2 base caliper.
