Hard to say but I did shut it down immediately when it blew. And ran for just a couple seconds at home. I did compression and leak down tests months later and the numbers were fine (don't recall actual numbers).

I don't worry too much about it as I'm not going to do an engine rebuild/repair that costs half or 3/4 of the value of the car.
