I assume you're talking about the bolt I circled in red below? Is the engine case already toast? If so and no one else chimes in with a good answer, I would attack the area circled in green with a drill or Dremel, or even an oxy-acetylene torch set if you have one and make the already damaged case worse to salvage the good part that you need. I hope someone else has a simpler and easier way!
