The offsets should be stamped somewhere on the back of the rim hub or spokes. An online tire calculator can help determine what will fit without modding the car.

Just an observation that the rim lip seems very thick as seen from the pics. IMHO this is contributing to the tire sidewall appearing to stand in from the rim. A ‘rim saver’ tire sidewall contour might help to minimize this effect (but it seems that your existing tires already have these sidewall extensions).
