swap the head unit and use the stock amp, it drives the door subs properly. Yes, there are harnesses that are plug and play. Use 4 audio outputs to amp, get the switched and steady power right and its that simple.
Suggest updating the speakers as well, the speakers in the dash weren't good new, they are wasted by now.
