Got mine in the mail yesterday, good quality and seems well thought out. Only thing I noticed is that the nuts are missing lock-tight that hold the shift arm in, gunna have to remember that when I do the swap this weekend. No instructions were included, but the B&M instructions are nicely done and will do just fine.
