From what I got out of this thread is that I will be needing a minimum of a 13mm spacer so it won’t kiss the struts in the back. When I use a spacer of that size, will I also need to buy extended wheel bolts to accommodate the spacers? Same goes with if I were to use the 5mm spacers they come with for the front as well?

Yes.You will need longer bolts. Certain manufacturers include the bolts with the spacer.
