Well guys and girls, the trans job is finish, Thanks to my two friends, who push me in to starting on it fast then I wanted, There was a couple of mistake, that I did, but it's a learning lesson, first one was never pull the rear casing side bolt out, it holds a gear and a roller bearing in place, for most of you guys, you will just repair your trans, by replacing second gear, which I didn't need to, the trans I bought had 35k on it and everything look brand new on the inside, so just switching the casing over was pretty ease, when I put the trans in my boxster s this summer, I will take my old trans apart and replace second and fourth gear, that's when the real work will start, using pulleys and gear separator, heating and freezing gears, but for now I have a nice 6 spd trans ready to be installed, here are some pictures, Thanks for looking.
