Here it is on the lift at Chris’s German getting the IMS replaced...

The original IMS, freshly pulled. It was in perfect shape FYI-no lateral movement of the shaft, spun smoothly.

Representative interior photo; it’s probably a bit cleaner than this now (I’ve been using leatherique products on the seats)

New head unit and shift knob/boot (which was a *huge* improvement in shift feel even before the 987 shift console install)
