steering wheel is locked on my 2001 s

I went thru the forum and found lots of post related to this

How ever non of the solutions worked so far

I changed the ignition switch already and did not help

I am trying to change the key assembly now. However can not press the small button to get it out since steering is stuck.

Any body have any ideas ?
