if you cut up the towels how do keep the shorn edges together? or are the cut pieces for non-paint use? Silk binding only for me.
I highly recommend using a MF detergent and not laundry detergent. Too strong, woolite is a good alternative in the meantime. Add some vinegar to the 2nd rinse cycle to keep the towel fluffy.
No matter where you buy your towels make sure they pass the CD scratching test applying the same amount of pressure you would cleaning the car's paint.
