Check the intake for debris. I know that this sounds painfully obvious, but I had a similar problem and struggled with it for weeks. Turned out to be some debris that was sucked into the intake and clogging the air flow. Its worth a 30 sec check just to make sure.

Have you checked the fuel pump for pressure and flow?
