That is a Porsche 930 Turbo tail aka tea tray, that someone has modified by drilling along the leading edge to mount to the trunk. These are commonly available used and are a very popular item. Just know that they caused porpoising issues on the cars that were not designed for them as they needed front spoilers to compensate. Can't even imagine what it might do to a Boxster.
