Thanks everyone. I ordered a new Continental Bluetooth head and harness to start. I'll get the local indy to do a coolant flush and maybe check the alignment. Rear brakes should be on order soon too. I see that the axles are pretty cheap. Its seems hardly worth it to change the boots? I do need a need remote. It looks like Suncoast is the place to go for that.
