Great question. There are publications that detail the options and prices, and while I do not have one of those for the 2001 Boxster (I got my info from the seller when I purchased the car) I know from comparing numerous Boxsters that the package included a number of cosmetic enhancements such as;
1.) Brushed stainless steel with "Boxster" engraved door entry guards
2.) Special silver shifter
3.) Silver "Porsche" emergency brake handle
4.) White faced guages
5.) Chrome exhaust tip

I know some, may be all, of these options were available ala cart, but allegedly there was a discount when purchased as a package. Personally, I think they look great and compliment the Boxster.
