no-one makes a kit anymore. TPC used to, as did imagine auto (iA). you can find them on ebay and the forums on occasion. tpc used an eaton roots unit mounted down by the exhaust, ia used a centrifugal unit up by the ac compressor ( i think, not a lot of them around).

dme can't handle larger injectors without programming which is tough to find - only a few firms do the 7.2 ecu and they charge big $ (not sure the year of your car so uncertain what dme you have). tpc did engine management with a 7th injector and a stand-alone computer; you could also probably rig a piggyback to work. you'll also have to sort out a way to deal with the air-oil separator - one-way valves or dump to a catch can instead.

lot of folks will tell you that you can't do forced induction on these engines because of the high compression ratio and relative fragility of the engine. that you don't need more hp, just learn how to drive faster, etc. personally, i say your call - potential for shorter engine life quite easily offset by super fun wow factor.

on another note, porsche is running the 996 gt3 w the same injectors and fuel pressure regulator, so sure the lean condition is from injectors and not something else?
