When I activated my OBC on my 4 stalk upgrade (already had cruise control) my initial attempt indicated my OBC was activated, but it did not work.
I read on here somewhere that someone was able to get the activation to "take" by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.
I tried that and it worked for me.
