I use PelicanParts for most of my parts. You don't really need a ton of specialty tools, as long as you have torx, occasionally triple square, allen, etc. Sometimes you'll need specialty tools like a pressure bleeder for the brakes or something, but most of the time, a simple metric socket set will do you just fine. I've gone for a full year without needing anything past a triple square.
