Agree. Seepage from power steering pump blowing backwards onto the resonance tubes.

Inspect the front of the engine by removing the access panel behind the seats - there might be similar evidence of fluid seepage there.

Whether to repair or not will depend on the amount of seepage or leaking.

And don't forget to check the power steering fluid level often if you intend to drive it this way.
