I have a 99 and had the water logged booster issue. So while I was at it replacing the booster and retro kit to NOT get water logged again, I replaced the master cylinder and so had to drain the complete system. While I was at it I replaced the bleeder valves with speed bleeders from Pelican, painted my calipers, and replaced the rotors with drilled ones. I think its cheap insurance and the pedal feel is much improved.
