Having installed one from ECS I can confirm they are complete. If you want a different color then black you have to go through a dealer or other source than ECS. Dealers charge $215 with many providing a 10% discount to PCA members. Sunset Porsche offers 10% to 20% off all parts. Obviously you still have to pay for shipping
