****** UPDATE *******

Got the insert pressed in at a machine shop. Cost $25

Installed it back in the car and took it for a test drive.........

Smooth as silk!!! :dance:

All in all probably around 3-4 hours including jacking up the car and getting the insert pressed in. Its a reasonable easy DIY

$35 for the insert
$55 for the shims
$25 for pressing the insert in

Had I bought a new mount, I would still need the new shims. I effectively paid $60 for a new mount
