I have a 2000 non-S. I drove over some debris yesterday and cut the driver's side rear tire. The flat tire or debris also damaged the plastic piece in front of the tire. I've attached a picture of the undamaged piece on the passenger's side.

Does anyone know what this part is called? How much should it cost, and where is the best place to buy it? How easy is it to replace?
