I feel that the door pocket or even behind the passenger seat would be best. You could access the pocket behind the passenger seat very quickly if you have longer arms and be prepared to exercise your right to defend yourself, your loved ones, and your property, from foreign invaders, the government, and criminals alike. Just in case. I believe in gun ownership because it takes too long to learn kung fu like Jackie chan.
A majority of people left and right in America are peddling authoritarian government, the individual deserves a defense, in case of the worst case scenario.
