If you can obtain the name of the previous owner (or if the selling dealer will contact) you may be able to obtain a copy of the invoice or he/she can tell you what was done.
Hi,

I had the same issue when I first got mine. The local Dealer said it was a Privacy issue. I replied: "you're a Car Dealership, not a Doctor, Attorney, or Priest! And we're talking about a Car here, not Erectile Dysfunction!.."

He laughed, but said it was the policy of the Dealership. Just as he said this, he laid the printout on the desk so I could see it. Fortunately, only routine maintenance and a warranty RMS @ 4k mi. Car is now at 25k mi. and dry as a bone...
