I couldn't vote since there's no category for replacing with a new engine. My 2003 S engine was replaced under warranty at around 36,000 miles with a new 2006 (larger, non-replaceable IMSB) engine. 99,000 miles now and still running perfectly. I contacted the dealer who replaced the engine (previous owner) and they said their records showed that a "cam tower" had cracked (I think that's what they said).
