That's easy....

....you should change:

IMS bearing with the "IMS Solution" from Flat 6 Innovations.

Water Pump.

Rear Main Seal.

Air/Oil Separator.

All the cam chain tensioners.

Spark Plugs.

Thermostat with low temp version.

Brake fluid.

If you choose NOT to replace the IMS, then at least install the LN spin-on oil filter adaptor.

Lose that OEM oil filter assembly.
