That's right, literally. Spray WD-40 on the wheel/tire, wait 2-3 min, boil some tap water, put on rubber gloves, the brush the hell out of everything with a strong brush, and rise with the hose. Leave as-is, no soap, just rinse with water. Fascinating results.
