Talking about the getting the bloom and reflection as perfectly sharp as the older paint. Metallics only of course.
Not much of an issue for Honda Civics but when you want your Italian or German car panels to be resprayed, that causes some problems lolll I've heard

This would make sense. I had my bumper and fender painted off the car with a water based paint and they matched perfectly with the rest of the car when I put them on. Perhaps OP had his skirts painted with a more conventional oil based paint?
Also interested in what kind of spacers/suspension you are running. Looks good. Are a little lower than stock too?
