Wow, I wouldn't bid 21 cents based on that listing. Almost no pics of the car and what there are show really nothing and it looks a mess. The description really does sound like an old spaced-out alcoholic rambling on about a government conspiracy involving space aliens.
Even if it was a legitimate deal..... 21Mil????
