The price seems below market (at least for the US) which is consistent with a salvage title.

The question is how much risk you are willing to take on? I suggest doing as much investigation as possible so you know what you're getting into.

A Porsche dealership PPI is a good step in the right direction. I would also find out the detailed history of the car - how many owners since it was repaired and why/how did it end up at a used car dealership for sale now? There might be logical answers for these questions or they might raise some red flags.

Then take the PPI and the history report and negotiate hard to get the price lower - explain that this car is nothing but risk to drive a better bargain.
