Did you seriously just suggest drilling a hole in the floor? That may be the worst advice I've ever heard.

Op, They do make a waterproof case for the ecu, but how do you know yours got wet? Were your drains clogged? Was the area under the seat wet? That's not just the alarm control module but the entire car wouldn't run if that was toast.
