Claybar usually works for me.

I get out a small spritz bottle of 20% Optimum Car Wash, 80% distilled water, clean the area as much as i can (and also to cool the sheet metal)

Then gently run a polyclay over the afflicted area to remove as much as possible, failing which I will apply a dab of Meguiar's Scratch X or Menzerna FP II and a good dose of elbow grease

This is then followed-up with a re-application of Finishing Touch Glaze (Klasse AIO also works), 2 layers of Full Molecular Jacket (FMJ), then 2 layers of either Menzerna's High Gloss Acrylic Shield (HGAS) or Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze (HGSG)
